Our performance group faced serious issues during our stay, despite the hotel's nice amenities and helpful rooms. The service we received regarding our scheduled performance was unprofessional and disrespectful, leading to a very disappointing experience overall. However, the facilities and rooms themselves were pleasant and comfortable. Still, I would advise caution when booking for performances due to their lack of organization.
